01What physical format is supplied?+
Every catalogue item is supplied as one sealed PEPLAB bottle labelled with its code, material name and stated strength.
02Who can purchase?+
PEPLAB is intended for UK customers aged 18 or over who can document a legitimate professional laboratory purpose. Access is not guaranteed and orders may be refused.
03Are the materials for human use?+
No. The catalogue is not for human consumption, self-experimentation, diagnostic use, food use, cosmetic use or veterinary use.
04Does the disclaimer make every peptide legal to sell?+
No. A disclaimer does not determine legality. Legal status depends on the specific product, presentation, claims, customer, intended use and jurisdiction. PEPLAB must complete product-specific compliance review before live sale.
05What documentation is supplied?+
The intended operating model links each dispatch to its actual batch documentation and handling notes. Sample or generic documents should never be presented as evidence for a different batch.
06How is payment handled?+
Card payments are handled by Stripe. PEPLAB receives the payment status and order reference, not complete card details.
07Can I return an order?+
Contact support before returning any material. Unopened products may be considered under the returns policy. Opened, damaged or improperly stored research materials cannot normally be resold.
