1. Scope
These terms apply to the PEPLAB research-material catalogue. They are not ready for public trading until reviewed by a qualified UK solicitor.
2. Customer eligibility
You must be at least 18, act for a legitimate laboratory purpose and provide accurate information. We may request evidence of eligibility and refuse an order.
3. Intended use
Products are supplied only for controlled laboratory research. They are not medicines, foods, cosmetics or veterinary products and must not be used on or administered to humans or animals.
4. Product presentation
Each purchased unit is supplied as one sealed PEPLAB bottle labelled with its product code, material name and stated strength. Bottle presentation does not indicate approval or suitability for administration.
5. Orders
An order acknowledgement is not acceptance. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch after stock, documentation, payment and eligibility checks.
6. Product records
Specifications and documents are batch-specific. Customers must review the supplied material record, handling notes and storage conditions before use.
7. Price and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Payment is processed by Stripe when live processing is enabled. We do not store complete payment card details.
8. Electronic signature
The name entered at checkout and the recorded acceptance time form the electronic record of the required purchase declarations.
9. Optional marketing
Marketing consent is separate from these purchase terms and is not required to place an order. It can be withdrawn at any time.
10. Liability
Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UK law. Research customers remain responsible for risk assessment, storage, handling, disposal and lawful use.
